Over all the outfit was adorable and It came on time. However,The straps were only sewn on one side and the other side was not sewn on with the buttons. There wasn't even a little slit to button the straps in. It was quite embarrassing since I wrapped it up as a birthday gift for my friend's little girl. I guess it was partially my fault for not checking the outfit in advance. Just a bit disappointed.. and embarrassed. So that's why I took a star away.
